Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate Land business and present market scenario.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Should have the experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To hire, select & train up better sales personnel(s).
∎ Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building/spirit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
