∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase patients and diagnostic service utilization.
∎ Attract & engage top-tier, highly reputed doctors to establish their practice at JG Healthcare, highlighting it’s exceptional facilities and patient care standards.
∎ Identify target markets and potential partnerships with healthcare providers, corporates, and insurance companies.
∎ Set and manage sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are met.
∎ Lead the team in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, traditional, and referral-based marketing.
∎ Develop brand positioning and messaging for JG Healthcare to differentiate it from competitors.
∎ Oversee social media, digital marketing, content creation, and advertising strategies to engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
∎ Enhance patient satisfaction and retention through tailored marketing initiatives and patient outreach programs.
∎ Manage, coach, and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
