Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Sales & Marketing from any public/foreign university or reputed private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate sales/marketing plan and fix target.
∎ Market projection with cost analysis
∎ Market research with Aerosol product players in the country
∎ Motivate and train the sales team involved in marketing the product.
∎ Must be able to lead a team of highly motivated sale personnel. Take decision and achieve results in a competitive market.
∎ Able to analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and yearly sales forecast.
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ Shall be responsible adequate stock availability, order forecasting, inventory management at territory/national level
∎ Preparing departmental Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target;
∎ Product development activities through designing and preparing of promotional items;
∎ Publicity though launching of new product taking with Media partner, branding and advertisement.
∎ Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the Challenging competitors.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference.
∎ Working to dedicate himself even beyond office hours.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 12-15 years experience in FMCG particularly in selling of Aerosol base Consumer product (Air Freshener, Mosquito & Cockroach Killer, Body Spray etc. will be preferred) in a reputed national or multinational organization.
