Job Context:
∎ Lal Teer Seed Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first research based largest and ISO 9001-2008 certified Agriculture company in the private sector of Bangladesh engaged in developing, producing and selling of different varieties of vegetable, rice and other seeds along with consumers products marketed through its domestic and overseas distribution network invites application from the competent and deserving candidates for the following post for immediate appointment for Consumers goods.
∎ Job Location: Head Office in Dhaka but need to perform extensive field tour for most of the days in a month.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate sales/marketing plan and fix target.
∎ Motivate and train the sales team involved in marketing the product.
∎ Working to dedicate himself even beyond office hours.
∎ Result oriented personality
∎ Must be able to lead a team of highly motivated sale personnel. Take decision and achieve results in a competitive market.
∎ Able to analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and yearly sales forecast.
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ Shall be responsible adequate stock availability, order forecasting, inventory management at territory/national level
∎ Preparing departmental Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target;
∎ Product development activities through designing and preparing of promotional items;
∎ Publicity though launching of new product taking with Media partner, branding and advertisement.
∎ Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the Challenging competitors.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have minimum 12-15 years experience in similar position in Consumer goods in a reputed national or multinational organization.
Salary: Negotiable
