Job Context:
∎ We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Sales and Marketing personnel to lead the Sales, Marketing, PR communications for our Company and scale revenue to the next level. As a Head of Sales & Marketing, you are responsible to lead the Sales team and suggest them the best Sales & Marketing techniques. The successful candidate will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness. Monitor, prepare and report on marketing communications and sales activity.
∎ Manage and give direction to the marketing and sales departments/teams.
∎ Direct staff, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
∎ Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
∎ Make a marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
∎ Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
∎ Lead to develop assigned working areas marketing planning, forecasting and executing to achieve company's objective with lead a team in a structured, effective and accountable manner.
∎ Convince and handle the depot/dealer/retailer to get orders.
∎ Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
∎ Market visit to see competitor's activities with dealers, retail shops.
∎ Prepare monthly marketing budget.
∎ Make close relationship with factory authority (Production and Distribution Department) & ensure pragmatic sales & marketing plan according production VS sales demand.
∎ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
∎ Create monthly reports for the Sales & Marketing department.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Excellent academic background will be considered as value adding criteria.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, FMCG Sales & Marketing.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Proven 5+ years of experience as Sales & Marketing Manager or a similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Market Research, Marketing, Sales, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies.
∎ A proven track record in marketing and sales.
∎ Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
∎ Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
∎ Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.
∎ Excellent leadership and project management skills.
∎ Strategic planning skills Strong organizational skills
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
∎ Attention to detail.

Salary: Negotiable
