Educational Requirements:
∎ Master on any discipline(Preferably Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/ Bsc in EEE).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for agreed sales / income targets and KPIs
∎ To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
∎ To manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfill business objectives
∎ To provide strategic marketing and sales guidance
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies
∎ Responsible for developing the appropriate organizational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables
∎ Excellent in communication both orally and in writing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in Sales & Marketing on battery.
