RFL Group, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and high-performing Head of Sales to lead the nationwide sales operations of Light, Fan, Switch Socket & Accessories business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional and zonal sales teams to deliver business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, channel partners, and distribution networks to maximize penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to provide strategic insights.
- Ensure effective planning of primary & secondary sales, trade promotions, and channel activation.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Oversee pricing strategies, discount policies, and sales forecasting.
- Drive effective dealer management, retail expansion, and field force productivity.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, compliance, credit control, and collection targets.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management and make data-driven decisions.
