Job Responsibilities:
Ensure sales targets are as per the business plan and ensure achievement accordingly on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly cash revenue streams for every product.
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual and group targets and corporate goals.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skill development, and product knowledge development.
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls; meeting agreed targets; and promoting the organization's presence throughout our entire region.
Responsible for the planning and direction of the zonal manager, area manager, territory manager, and sales officer to accomplish specific objectives and intent them with responsibility.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings.
Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, sets individual territory sales, and plans.
Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) (BA/MA)
Experience requirements: 7-10 years.
