Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales of Stationary/FMCG Products.
∎ Increase sales volume.
∎ Market development in the unrecovered areas.
∎ Lead a sales team and generate team sales targets. Identify, follow up, and convert leads into prospective clients. Generate sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and Annual targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating the activities and performance of the Sales Officer and delivery man as well as training and motivating them.
∎ Achievement field output by the reporting officer.
∎ Communication with the superiors.
∎ Compliance with and working within the boundary limit of the rules, regulations and policy of the company.
