Head of Sales: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead and grow our nationwide sales operations. This is a leadership position with strategic responsibilities focused on revenue growth, client acquisition, merchant onboarding, and building a high-performance sales team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of regional sales managers and executives.
Drive growth in B2B and COD merchant acquisitions.
Collaborate with operations and tech teams to optimize merchant acquisition and retention.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and partnership development.
