Head of Sales: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead and grow our nationwide sales operations. This is a leadership position with strategic responsibilities focused on revenue growth, client acquisition, merchant onboarding, and building a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of regional sales managers and executives.

• Drive growth in B2B and COD merchant acquisitions.

• Collaborate with operations and tech teams to optimize merchant acquisition and retention.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and partnership development.
