Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Divine Holdings Ltd. is looking for some competent candidates for the position of “Head of Sales” for its Sales Team.
∎ Independently handling Sales Operations and responsible for all aspects of contract management including proposal development, pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications, and successful sales closing.
∎ The candidate will plan and coordinate proper execution of the sales function.
∎ The candidate should be able to lead a large sales team.
∎ The position requires frequent field visits.
∎ The candidate will be required to execute continuous market research and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Responsible for negotiation with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiation process.
∎ Responsible for attending various events organized or participated by the company.
∎ Ensuring the best service to existing clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
∎ Preparing different sales and forecasting reports.
∎ Interfacing with Corporate Management to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure the organization's vision is realized.
∎ Hitting monthly/quarterly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
∎ Develop and manage sales budgets.
∎ Conduct Sales-related campaigns and activation programs.
∎ Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Leading sales team to obtain assigned targets.
∎ Create and manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
∎ Maintain relationships with the customers.
∎ Monitor existing competitor’s activities and compete accordingly.
