Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textiles

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze the fabric sample & give it’s workability & also to prepare the design as per the swatch.
∎ Which may comprise of different weave, colour combination, different yarn.
∎ As per buyer’s need to prepare rout, to make hand sample, & yardages for the same.
∎ To check the first sample recd. From loom shades and analyzed the same again for the rectification if required there by.
∎ To develop the new quality & own design to get more business from market.
∎ Follow Up of Approval of Hand Sample with Marketing & Once get Any Comments Or Approval
∎ that convey to PPC & WVG. Department.
∎ Handling of Fair & Trend related developments.
∎ Preparing the range of fabric that produce at factory & send to Different customers & in different
∎ presentation.
∎ Handling of Fabric library.( Set Up A fabric library with all sample in which we have done bulk )
∎ Giving Feasibility for the Bulk production.
∎ Carry out the First time quality & Critical quality.
∎ Mapping for the new quality for getting the correct parameters.
∎ Making the yarn dyeing planning for the yardages & Desk Loom dyeing, & coordinating for the same with weaving team at Silvssa to meet the delivery dates for yardages.
∎ If is there any comments in Developments stage that to be incorporates & getting corrected.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
