Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers (H&M, Wal-Mart) different specifications & requirements.
∎ Understanding H&M buyer all requirements & systems: MR, QS, NQA, N-TECH, NQC activities.
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA and QC staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.
∎ Monitor and develop existing QC systems to meet the International standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Conduct ongoing awareness training on requirements of the standard, process correction, preventive action and measurement of process etc. regularly.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers' requirements.
∎ Must be experienced in AQL level inspection system. Follow up the audit and take action if required. Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Follow up OTD, RTS, Pre- production meeting before bulk production, inline inspection, test cutting report, size set report, wash shrinkage report, day pre final inspection, final inspection and submit buyer AQL.
∎ Checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Ensure Quality of sample according to buyer requirements and on time delivery
∎ Capable to deal with planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance including buyers handling and be capable to work independently.
∎ Auditing in housed fabric and trims and ensuring only quality goods are accepted.
∎ Proficient in quantitative/statistical analysis/measurement of quality data for producing important reports detailing the identification of quality problems and be able to recommend solutions/ CAP (Corrective Action Plan)
∎ Ensure shipments with right quality & quantity.
∎ Must have good computer literacy: Email, MS Word, Excel, Power point.
∎ Good command on spoken & written English.
∎ Strong communication and administration skills.
∎ Should be a team player, can do attitude, problem solver & having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
