Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline having relevant experience.
∎ Textile Background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor & control all the activities related to wash quality.
∎ To develop the samples with required wash along with several options.
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both (wet and dry) section.
∎ To sort all kinds of report & record keeping necessary information for future reference.
∎ To identify the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ Identifying and solving the barriers to quality wash.
∎ To follow up on the proper system of all processes of dry and wet.
∎ To provide the proper instruction when it is the new style or buyer.
∎ To prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
∎ To keep ready the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ To support the Laundry in providing a comprehensive quality control service from Sampling to Final Inspection.
∎ To implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant must be experienced in DENIM washing.
∎ Should have proper controlling capability of wash quality team.
∎ Have to ensure error free sampling & production.
∎ Should have good command in English.
∎ Should have the ability to adapt any changes in quality standards.
Salary: Negotiable
