Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Textile Engineering (B.Sc in Textiles Engg.) from BUTEX, Dhaka.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Simco Spinning &Textiles Limited, a 100% Export Oriented Recycle Yarn Manufacturer invites application for the Position of " Head of Quality Assurance".
∎

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have clear Operational & Diagnostic Knowledges about all the Yarn Testing Equipments like yarn count, yarn twist, yarn strength testing including Uster.
∎ Candidate must have matured knowledge about different types of cotton fiber Characteristic and its Blendings.
∎ Practical Knowledge of Dry Dyied Color Maching.
∎ Capable to make Specified Colored Samples with different types of Color Shades available in house or sourceable required by Buyers or attractive to the new buyer.
∎ Candidate must have Experiences and Capabilities to provide required samples to the buyers in time.
∎ Candidate must have depth Knowledge in nature of Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, Viscose, Wool, Mohair, Modal, Man made Fibres.
∎ Candidate must be Endured the Quality of Products in Individual Processes by nice Co-Ordinating with the Head of Production.
∎ Good Understanding about the Spinning Machines.
∎ Must have the Good knowledge of Knitting & Weaving Yarns.
∎ Must have the Good Knowledge & Preration of Flat Knitted, Circular Knitted & Weaved Fabrics.
∎ Testing & Values apply on Branded Garments Reports Understanding & Execution of Remedy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years Experience on the similar position in the respective field.
∎ Candidate Should be Smart Co-Ordinating with others and Punctual of his Responsibilities.
∎ Candidate must be well versed in English and Good Knowledge of Online Communication.

Salary: Negotiable
