- Develop and implement company-wide QA/QC strategy, establish a quality culture across all departments, advise management on quality risks, standards, and innovations.

- Develop, enforce, and standardize SOPs, Method Statements, ITPs, checklists, and work instructions; lead internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits.

- Oversee site inspections, material testing, and approvals; ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and BOQ; approve or reject materials and workmanship.

- Prepare project quality plans, set baseline benchmarks, monitor quality milestones, minimize defects and rework, and ensure handover meets customer expectations.

- Approve vendors, evaluate suppliers, ensure first-time-right workmanship, verify incoming materials, and implement contractor/vendor quality rating system.

- Ensure adherence to BNBC, environmental, and safety standards.

- Conduct site and process audits, track NCRs, defect rates, and rework costs, and report KPIs to management.

- Ensure delivered units meet commitments, reduce post-handover complaints, and coordinate defect resolution with CE team.

- Lead root cause analysis, implement Lean construction, best practices, and digital QA/QC systems.

- Build and mentor QA/QC team, define roles/KPIs, train staff, and ensure succession planning.
