Education:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, but textile background will be preferred.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in Denim Category Quality Assurance.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Denim Product Quality Assurance.
∎ Must be conversant with the concept of quality objective, program, systems & procedures.
∎ Must be dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Having good knowledge on quality methodology including technical & conceptual skills.
∎ Good command on spoken & written English.
∎ Strong communication and administration skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.

Job Responsibilities::
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA/QC.
∎ Monitor and develop existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with customer specifications.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers' requirements.
∎ Follow up the regular quality audits and take actions if required. Check daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Must be experienced in AQL level inspection.
∎ Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards Carry
∎ Conduct ongoing awareness training on requirements of the standard, process correction, preventive action and measurement of process regularly.
∎ Generates report of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies operation and quality assurance/quality control management of significant problems and finding the solutions as well.
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer's instructions
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
