Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor Degree in Textiles Engr( Any Govt/ Private Textile Institute/ College/ University). Candidates having good education background will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure quality off Finish Fabric, Cutting, sewing, finishing, packing as per customers' precondition.
∎ Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on TQM and other modern quality concept like 6 sigma, Lean Tools
∎ Fabric knowledge, Technical knowledge on garments manufacturing (Finishing, Cutting, Printing, Embroidery)
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill.
∎ Fluent English Spoken should be mandatory
