• Ensure full implementation of quality performance throughout the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods, final inspection & testing.

• Have to sound knowledge & face all type of QMS, Product Safety & technical audit by the customer/buyer or third party. 

• To ensure overall quality system in Store, cutting, sewing & finishing section. 

• Plan, promote, organize, & improves product quality by monitoring SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), TNA (Training Need Analysis) & Quality Manual including customer different requirements.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop the product quality, product safety & reduce alter, defect & rejection as per company accepted quality standards.

• Conduct randomly quality audit & monitor first article & first piece inspection with quality report & corrective action plan.

• Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.

• To find out the root causes of defects & problems of the quality product. 

• Develops & maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production quality procedure in cooperation with the production department & other departments.

• Maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures. 

• To take corrective & preventive actions against problems & defects. 

• Deal with the critical operation, quality points, conduct pre-production meeting with the team & point out if there any comments by the customer.

• Output review against sample, follow up first output garments measurement report & find out gap & root cause analysis report.

•   Responsible for defect percentage which is more than the acceptable limit. 

• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective action. 

• Responsible for any kind of claims/ complaints from buyers regarding quality. 

• Responsible for measurements ensure and pattern correction.

• Responsible for reworks caused due to quality defects overlooked by the inspectors. 

• As required to perform the specified job summary.
