    • Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry
    • Master of Science (MSc)

  • M. Sc in Organic Chemistry or Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

  • Plastic Polymer/Pharmaceuticals/Cosmetics Background will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 50 years

  • Practical experience on GMP, ISO9001-14000, FSSC, Lid audits, QMS.

  • Plastic Polymer/Pharmaceuticals/Cosmetics Background will get preference.

  • Quality Assurance and Quality Management system of Technical audits.

  • Ability to assign and review the work of direct reports, as well as motivate and engage team members.



Responsibilities & Context:

A Reputed ISO 9000-14001, LEED, FCCA Certified Domestic Container Produce Organization.

Location- Tongi, Gazipur Factory Complex.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure QMS is effectively implemented throughout the factory, covering the end-to-end production cycle as per buyer requirements.

  • Ensure QMS documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the QMS to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Oversee quality control activities throughout the Plastic manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.

  • Understand and address customer quality requirements and expectations.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

  • Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for each stage of production.

  • Monitor product quality and identify any deviations from established standards.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.

  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits of the QMS.

  • Determine in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

  • Implement corrective actions to address audit findings and ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.
