∎ Good analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
∎ Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting;
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English;
∎ Able to work independently, in a team and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ High level of professional integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.

∎ Compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements;
∎ Facilitating the success of new product & process development
∎ Job role:
∎ To Ensure the food safety and product quality management system in a way that would meet the goals of the company.
∎ Key deliverables:
∎ Quality planning;

∎ Creating and maintaining the desired quality culture in the units;
