Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline having relevant experience.
∎ Textile Background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximizing the production by effective production planning with existing capacity.
∎ Proper scrutinization of production planning & taking corrective actions time to time.
∎ Arrange pre & post production meeting to improve the planning.
∎ Coordinating all activities to ensure smooth production.
∎ Upgrading the production planning with the advancement of technologies.
∎ Engaging the team members to make proper production planning.
∎ Making & updating the production report daily to Top Management as required.
∎ Closely follow up with buying team to meet delivery projection.
∎ Ensuring the arrival of all trims & accessories timely for smooth production.
∎ To ensure the engagement of production facility at maximum.
∎ Making monthly production report including short/over production.
∎ Finding the bottleneck of effective production and taking measures to recover it.
∎ Completing any other assignment as advised by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant must be experienced in DENIM production.
∎ Should have proper controlling capability of production team.
∎ Have to ensure error free production.
∎ Should have good command in English.
∎ Should have the ability to adapt any changes in production & planning.
Salary: Negotiable
