Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Food Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Food Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: On Food Manufacturing
∎ Skills Required: Ability to problem solve, Business Development or Operation Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Production, Practical experience in food manufacturing facilities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to prepare yearly, monthly & weekly production plan considering sales forecast & stock.
∎ Has to prepare quarterly, half-yearly & yearly production related budget
∎ Ensure smooth production and operations in the factory to meet the deadlines.
∎ Formulate and implement new innovative concepts, techniques, methods to prepare standard operating procedures (SOP) in production to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) in production and ensure finished products with zero defects.
∎ Take proactive steps in probable production problem identification and prevention.
∎ Check the daily RM, PM, FG Stock & make report for short materials.
∎ Lead to prepare manpower planning and ensure effective utilization of manhour.
∎ Ensure smooth inventories, stores and supply chain management at every stage of production.
∎ Has to mentor & train the employees to enhance their skill as per production and operational requirement.
∎ Follow up for ensuring the Cleanliness, Hygiene and safety in the food production area.
∎ Other tasks as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Well conversant in MS- Office
∎ Pleasant Personality
∎ Can do attitude
