• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Age At least 28 years

•  5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a technical or software engineering role.

• Strong track record of launching and managing successful B2B/B2C products.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in tech environments.

Bonus (Preferred Skills)

• Experience in SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.

• Background in mobile app development or cross-platform technologies.

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and backend

frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django).

*Product Vision & Strategy:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and user needs.

• Drive ideation, concept validation, MVP development, and go-to-market strategy.

• Maintain alignment between product goals and business objectives.

  *Market & User Research:

• Lead research efforts to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities.

• Analyze user feedback, competitor products, and industry benchmarks.

  *Technical Product Leadership:

• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and performance of products.

• Translate product requirements into technical briefs and prioritize features based on impact and effort.

• Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and code review processes when needed.

  *Team Building & Collaboration:

• Build and lead a product team that includes product managers, analysts, designers, and engineers.

• Foster a collaborative environment between product, design, development, QA, and business units.

  *Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders including leadership, clients, and partners.

• Present product progress, risk factors, and growth potential in technical and business terms.

  *Technical Knowledge Requirements:

• Programming Concepts: Ability to read/understand code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript).

• Architecture & Infrastructure: Understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and system design.

• Cloud Platforms: Familiar with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Database Technologies: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• DevOps & Deployment: CI/CD workflows, Git, Docker, and version control best practices.

• Product Development Tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Postman, Figma, etc.

• Security & Performance: Basic understanding of web app security, performance optimization, and scalability.
