Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Economics from any Public/ Private university.
∎ Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA and any Professional qualification will add extra advantages.
∎ In case of well experienced candidate educational qualification and age limit may be relaxed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-6 year(s) practical experience in relevant filed. Especially in the field of investment banking & merchant banking industry with at least 05 years in managerial role.
∎ Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge with IPO and Issue Management Activities.
∎ Strong communication, conceptual, management and negotiation skills
∎ Liaison with RJSC & BSEC
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Technical experience in the Issue Management.
∎ Marketing and Target oriented regarding IPO.
