Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Economics from any Public/ Private university having no 3rd division in academic records. Chartered Accountants (FCA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 2 (Two) year(s) practical experience as CEO or 10 years' experience at senior level in Merchant Bank.
∎ Ability to deliver dynamic leadership and implement strategic plan adding real value at the highest level.
∎ Excellent analytical, observation and decision making skills.
∎ Strong communication, management and negotiation skills.
∎ Well conversant with the rules & regulations of the capital market & related laws.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in Merchant Banking operations with understanding of various products and services relating to capital market.
∎ Sound knowledge with IPO and Issue Management Activities.
∎ In case of well experienced candidate educational qualification and age limit may be relaxed.
