Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Strategically establish production lines incorporating innovative conveyor-type assembly, robotic welding shops, electro-deposition lines (ED), powder coating, machine shop, dedicated to frame assembly, and an assembly line for motorcycles equipped with Dynamometer vehicle testing equipment.
∎ 2.Establish the operational framework for the plant, starting from the initial greenfield project phase through achieving commercial operation.
∎ 3.Proficient in executing tool room operations and skilled in the fabrication of sheet metal/tube components, including body frames, body panels, and related parts. Experienced in the production of die-cast and plastic molding components (optional).
∎ 4.Create systems and procedures designed to monitor and enhance productivity and standards. Establish metrics and performance targets to ensure a proficient return on assets.
∎ 5.Leading initiatives to achieve excellence by effectively aimed at cost savings and process improvement in areas such as productivity, safety, process redesign, quality enhancement, and reduction of consumable costs.
∎ 6.Enhanced reliability through a proactive strategy for capacity improvement, along with predictive and preventive maintenance for plant and machinery.
∎ 7. Leading a significant transformation as a key team member, with a primary role in managing critical operations and spearheading new initiatives, all while achieving a Zero Accident Goal.
∎ 8.Possessing advanced expertise in achieving cost savings through Value Engineering and Import Substitution, as well as optimizing Inventory Control through standardization.
∎ 9.Effectively overseeing and coordinating on-the-job training, fostering knowledge enhancement and skill development through tailored training programs, and establishing individual and group targets.
