Education:
● Graduate in Supply Chain/IPE/Business Administration.
Requirements:

Skills Required: BSTI,Packaging,Packaging Design of FMCG,Product Development
Additional Requirements:
PGD in Packaging from a reputed institution in Bangladesh or abroad
Strong knowledge on different types of packaging, spec and constructions, costing, sources of RM etc
Strong Knowledge on GMP (Good manufacturing practices), Change Management, defect Management
Excellent leadership and cross functional stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the packaging development for the group and providing vision and direction for packaging overall solutions-spec development, KLD, Quality/stability test and procurement co-ordinations
Collaborate with Marketing, Factory Operations, Contract Manufacturing plants, Procurement and other teams to align packaging strategies with product goals and brand values
Feasibility study of packaging concept including machine suitability, materials, costing, etc.
Development of prototype/representative samples and arrange machine/transportation trials for clearance for commercialization
Analyze the consumer and market feedbacks about packaging and develop the packaging solutions with spec to ensure the best-in-class consumer experience
Frequent Visit to packaging suppliers for Quality Audit and develop capability upto the AKIJ standard
Set packaging design/specifications and standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with regulations (e.g., BSTI and exporting countries requirements etc)
Drive the New Product Development (NPD) packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and differentiate the brand
Identify current and future market trends in the packaging industry, materials, packaging formats
