Job Responsibilities:
∎ “Head of Operations” needs to lead the following mentioned 04 functional areas:
∎ - After-Sales Service
∎ - E-commerce
∎ - Warehouse & Logistic Management
∎ - Retail Transformation
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ A) After-Sales Service:
∎ To establish RANGS Industries Ltd. as a reputed brand in terms of After Sales Service
∎ Developing and implementing strategies for after-sales service: This includes identifying customer needs, creating customer-centric processes, and implementing new technologies that can improve our retail sales service
∎ Design policies that align with the overall strategy
∎ Need to manage the customer service team; creating processes to improve overall customer satisfaction
∎ Monitoring customer satisfaction: You should keep track of customer satisfaction levels to identify areas that need improvement
∎ Ensure the implementation & tracking of after-sales service KPI
∎ B) E-commerce:
∎ Establish E-commerce as a steady profitable revenue stream
∎ Implementing/enhancing an operating model for the e-Commerce Operations
∎ Ensure smooth operations of the E-commerce site
∎ C) Warehouse & Logistic Management:
∎ Need to work closely with the Warehouse & Logistic Management Lead to ensure smooth operational work
∎ Give direction to a team of operations supervisors as they oversee daily warehouse functions
∎ Lead/guide the distribution team to ensure on-time/cost-effective distribution
∎ Serve as a mentor, leader, and team builder
∎ D) Retail Transformation:
∎ Lead & Planning: Need to lead & develop a comprehensive plan for the channel revamp, including identifying goals, target audience, and strategies to achieve them and ensure the design layout & merchandising work.
∎ Help & coordinate the Channel Revamp team for Budgeting: Developing and managing the budget for the channel revamp, ensuring that all resources required for the project are accounted for and allocated appropriately.
∎ Lead the Project Management work: Overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is executed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
∎ Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that may impact the project's/new work plan’s success.
∎ Need to lead any assigned project work regarding channel development across the country.

Festival Bonus (75% of Gross Salary)- Prorated Basis
