Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the production of games and other creative solutions
∎ Leads the process and team members in the analysis, enhancement, and tailoring of current practices and existing systems to increase operating efficiencies and reduce costs.
∎ Manage the team
∎ Ensure that the studio meets its financial and operational goals
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies
∎ Manage budgets and resources
∎ Negotiate contracts
∎ Oversee marketing and sales
∎ Manage customer relationships
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends
