Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the gas station.
∎ Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies.
∎ Resolve customer complaints.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, with the view to delivering operational excellence.
∎ Develop a motivated and effective team of Operations Professionally.
∎ Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
∎ Effectively manage compliance to regulations, standards, and site technical documentation related to Environmental permits, quality and safety requirements.
∎ Machine Maintenance of CNG Filling Station.
∎ Supervise all activities of a CNG Filling Station
∎ Ensure administration & general services, health & welfare of the personnel.
∎ Monitor actions of staffs and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are maintained.
∎ Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
∎ Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
∎ Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
∎ Select or create successful menu items based on many considerations, and suggest prices based on cost analysis.
∎ Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staffs.
∎ Monitor food preparation and methods.
∎ Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers and staffs.
∎ Make decisions and solve problems where require.
∎ Process and analyze information/stock when scheduling and budgeting.
∎ Record information about inventory.
∎ Promotes professionalism through appearance and manner.
∎ Train and supervise staff
∎ Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
∎ Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English.
∎ Creating a trust oriented environment through open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort
∎ Familiar in MS-Office.
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Team Player.
