Job Context:
∎ Directs all operational and strategic activities for the E-Commerce network sites via strong partnerships with site leaders, internal business partners and key customer contacts. Acts as a liaison between the organization and clients, manages all complex customer relationships, and is responsible for analyzing and identifying value-added services that match customer needs with solution selling. The company authority is expected to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, increase profitability and improve processes while providing leadership support to the organization.
∎ The Head of Operations will provide operational leadership and management to strategize and operationalise business plans to achieve business and financial targets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, develop and implement long and short term strategic direction and plans. Take responsibility for planning and implementing the business strategies, plan, and procedures with clear objectives of ebhubon's performance and growth
∎ Prepare and implement annual budget and capital expenditure for the business operations.
∎ Initiate and implement an innovative environment and high performance culture to provide competitive edge for the business.
∎ Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
∎ Uses Lean Six Sigma tools to make decisions, improve operational efficiency.
∎ Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
∎ Manage the operations team, overall daily operations and ensure that daily targets set and are being met.
∎ Maintain and build the E-Commerce solutions including Operational Design and Commercialization.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and grow business revenues through expanded scope and margins through operational efficiencies.
∎ Provide mentoring to all employees, motivate staff to meet and surpass organizational and revenue goals
∎ Influence the product roadmap, plan with the tech team and coordinate to deliver as per the product roadmap.
∎ Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendor
∎ At the appropriate time, support in raising capital from external investors to help foster growth To succeed as the Chief Operating Officer, you will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong business acumen.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years' e-commerce or relevant experience of which at least 4 years must be in a senior management role
∎ Degree in a relevant discipline. MBA from a reputed institute
∎ A proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievement. Proven experience as COO or relevant role
∎ Prefer Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training.
∎ Previous experience within a third-party E-Commerce and Multi-Client environment.
∎ Previous experience with operational execution of complex
∎ Prior experience in managing P&L
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Strong leadership, drive and ability to inspire and develop teams
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Candidate should be structured, analytical, pay attention to fine details, hands-on and ambitious.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Experience in fundraising will be a plus
∎ Willingness and ability to travel
