Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee all aspects of the business, including product sales, customer service, marketing, and financial planning.
∎ Drive monthly and daily candle sales, with a clear commitment to increasing revenue and turning the business profitable.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies, explore new channels, and strengthen customer relationships.
∎ Take full ownership of financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
∎ Work closely with the founder to scale the business, improve systems, and unlock new market opportunities.
