Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall operational efficiency.
∎ Oversee business plan to ensure maximum growth of the business.
∎ Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and work with relevant teams to streamline operations.
∎ Explore new market and find out the business potentiality to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Develop and control all operational budgets to ensure that the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters.
∎ Ensure top line and bottom line growth.
∎ Develop, apply and monitor import and distribution budgets with the view to achieve targeted profit and market share.
∎ Establish positive and constructive business relationship with the relevant stakeholders to leverage network for business opportunities and partnerships.
∎ Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to optimize inventory levels, balancing stock availability with carrying costs.
∎ Analyze business risk and take necessary precautions and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
∎ Ensure that all operational processes adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have experience in the relevant field.
