∎ Job Location: Dhaka. But shall require visit outside Dhaka sometimes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All company and department policy are adhered always.
∎ A high quality, standard and professionalism are maintained and quality service is provided to all PCS customer always.
∎ The department operates profitably and all budgeted targets are achieved & maintained.
∎ Ensure all company & Department policies are operated by all Department personnel always.
∎ Ensures each site is professionally operated and working to the contract agreement.
∎ Develop strong relationships with Current & potential customer and actively ensure security sales team targets.
∎ Ensure each new contract is organized and started in line with the new contract start up process.
∎ Regular keep contact with the existing customers for agreement renewal and price increase.
∎ Operated according to quality plan to ensure a high quality of work is achieved and maintained at all sites.
∎ Ensure customers are visited regularly of the customer's comments are followed up.
∎ Ensure all customers compliant are taken care of immediately and later followed up.
∎ Holds formal monthly meeting with Operation Manager and others.
∎ Inform the Director of the potential problem and cancellation.
∎ Control the overall expenditure of the department, ensuring each budget is achieved by closely monitoring site expenditure.
∎ Identifies training requirements at site level requesting the assistant of the training division as necessary.
∎ Create and maintain teamwork within the department.
∎ Monitor the payments of Bill and liaisons with Finance Department on customer payment problem.
∎ Develops new method of work systems to provide a competitive & effective service always.
∎ Liaisons with HR Manager on recruitment of suitable operation and interviews senior personnel.
∎ Conduct trial of new equipment and materials.
∎ Must have strong capability of dealing with different regulatory agencies, Government Authorities.
∎ Must be a flexible and enthusiastic person by nature, be prepared to be hands on and do many tasks, so resilience is necessary.
∎ Annually sets objectives for self and the division, to ensure full development of the division.
∎ Must possess excellent people skills and also be a proven leader, with excellent self-discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any one served as Head of Operation in a renowned Security/Cleaning company.
∎ Defence Officer's shall get preference
∎ Should have good crisis management and problem-solving skills
∎ Should be able to work independent for companies overall growth.
∎ Must be computer literate

Salary: Negotiable
