∎ Accounts Department:
∎ Monitor daily account s activities
∎ Daily Fund & payment schedule check
∎ Daily cash & Bank expense voucher Check .
∎ Sales & Marketing Department:
∎ Monitor Show room supervisors,
∎ Branch Sales,
∎ Meet Daily Target,
∎ Supervise & maintain all day-to-day show room activities,
∎ Motivating & supervisor
∎ Leading Developing,
∎ Developed 100% show room Discipline,
∎ Develop marketing plan to achieve our daily daily sales target & increase Brand.
∎ Business Development Planning:
∎ Manage the marketing and sales operations of the company to identify and develop new opportunities for existing and new customers for products and services.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and report on competitive market conditions. He provide insights to open up the market and sell our products and services
∎ Research, develop and implement strategies to identify market opportunities Help bring existing products to new markets, new products to existing markets, and / or new products to new markets.
∎ Manage and execute the brand image of the company.
∎ 100% monitoring and managing distributing marketing materials including: website, sales parallels, graphics, exhibition features, advertising and promotional programs.
∎ Manage and operate within the approved marketing budget supporting the overall business plan.
∎ Organize and support sales and marketing reports.
∎ Perform other responsibilities and projects as scheduled.
∎ HR Department :
∎ Coordinating the implementation and monitoring of Human Resource policies and strategies.
∎ Coordinating research on human resource development in areas relevant to the policy planning and delivery of Commission’s mandate.
∎ Developing, maintaining, and disseminating the HR database information.
∎ Providing technical inputs on monitoring and evaluation parameters to improve.
∎ R & D, Department:
∎ Product analysis
∎ Sales & stock
∎ Barcode
∎ Distribution
∎ IT Department
∎ Branding & E-commerce 100% monitoring our daily activities. Report submitted to management weekly & monthly.
∎ Store & logistics Department:
∎ 100% monitoring our daily activities. Report submitted to management weekly & monthly.
∎ Factory:
∎ 100% monitoring & check our daily production Report
∎ Check to Worker production Record.
∎ Check to production worker Ledger Book.
∎ Prepare to Factory employees salary sheet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Fashion Brand sales & marketing
