Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Business Management/Finance and/or Any professional finance & qualification from a recognized professional Institute such as CIMA(UK), ACCA(UK), ACA, ACMA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the company's overall development and ensure that general operations run seamlessly.
∎ Prepare, obtain board approval, and implement annual budget and revenue targets. Review the approved budgets every 6 months and obtain board approval for any changes.
∎ Successfully implement project monitoring and ensure effective monitoring reporting takes place.
∎ Liaise with Board and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
∎ Implement KPIs for all senior executives reporting to the HOO and monitor performance against the board-approved KPIs.
∎ Oversees the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the smooth functioning of the company.
∎ Review on a monthly basis the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's budgets and ensuring appropriate measures to correct variances.
∎ A presentation is to be made to the Board of such review on a monthly basis.
∎ Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management capacity
∎ Experience in the building material industry is an added advantage.
∎ Experience in handling International Brands.
∎ Experience in developing, planning, and implementing successful strategies.
∎ Exposure to overseas market sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
∎ Strong leadership and team-building skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
