Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in any business discipline from a recognized educational institution.
∎ No third Division/Class in academic career will be acceptable.
∎ Further academic qualification in related area will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to develop and execute Mobile Banking channel strategy that would position MYCash in a leading stance in the marketplace.
∎ Able to review existing mobile financial services offerings, competitive pressures and opportunities.
∎ Able to hunt new mobile banking products and to implement the services.
∎ Strong & active liaison with various business, product owners, and external partners to deliver mobile banking services using appropriate channels & technologies.
∎ Able to set Key Performance Indicators [KPI] for the whole team and have to clear ideas to attain KPls.
∎ Design, develop and keep update the Operations Manual and ensure compliance to all operational guidelines, process and procedures of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of Digital Banking Operations, Agent Banking & Digital Banking which is related with Mobile Financial Services of the Bank.
∎ Lead, Manage and Develop efficient field sales force.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 10-12 years working experience of banking in any private commercial bank out of which 3-5 years experience in related field.
∎ Having at least 2-3 years experience as Head/Deputy Head of Mobile Banking Division in a reputed Private Commercial Bank with proven track record. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
∎ Age may be relaxed for the highly deserving candidate.
