Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 10 years

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior marketing roles, with a track record of successful leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
• Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, project development, and finance to ensure alignment of strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
