Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the MICR department, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
∎ Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day operations.
∎ Oversee the efficient operation of the MICR department, ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of financial transactions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote MICR services to existing and potential clients.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to MICR technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
∎ Manage the department budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
∎ Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years Practical experience in operations management and marketing, preferably in the finance industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of MICR technology and its applications.
∎ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive growth and overcome challenges.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
