Experience:
Develop and execute the overall Public Relation, Marketing, and communication strategy aligned with Mamun Group business goals.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Lead and manage all external communications, media relations, and public affairs activities.
Build and maintain a strong brand image through effective branding and messaging strategies.
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.
Supervise content creation for press releases, speeches, website, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn for optimal performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales and product goals.
Track and analyze key marketing metrics (KPIs, ROI) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Lead the planning and execution of branding, promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms and subsidiaries.
Establish strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and strategic partners.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
Manage crisis communication and reputation management initiatives professionally and effectively.
Organize press conferences, media events, product launches, and corporate campaigns.
Oversee internal communications to align all departments with corporate messaging.
Track industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market dynamics to suggest strategic improvements.
Lead and mentor the PR, Marketing, and Communication team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Maintain and grow social media presence, including strategic ad placements and audience engagement.
Represent the company at events, expo’s, forums, and relevant platforms to uphold brand visibility.
