Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage overall marketing operations
Develop and implement effective marketing plans
Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets and ensure achievement
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns
Oversee lead generation, lead management, and conversion processes
Maintain strong client relationships, negotiations, and deal closures
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with project, legal, and accounts teams
Prepare reports and present performance updates to top management
Supervise executives, brokers, and channel partners if required
