Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Must have experience in Maintenance & Utility
∎ Capable of Handling & Leading the entire Plant
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind of GMT Production & Washing Plant machinery including Effluent Treatment Plant
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ETP, Garments Industry, Garments Washing Plant, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take care of Maintenance & Utility department of the entire production units along with washing plant contains Garments, Washing & ETP
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works & supervise schedule maintenance of process Generator ,Boiler ,Compressor , Utility machinery and Sub Station etc.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Wet & Dry process, Embroidery, Generator ,Boiler & Compressor
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipments and machinery
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility services
∎ Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work & risk assessment
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations
∎ To ensure updated certification required for processes
∎ To organise and prepare each unit for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, Bureau Veritas along with specific brands req. & other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Leadership skills on (People Management, Good Interpersonal Communication skill, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving Attitude, Decision Making Ability, Analytical Ability, Poses Inspiring & Motivational Leadership dynamics)
∎ A good interpersonal and communication skill over English & Bengali Language is mandatory
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge
∎ Leading Team from front
