Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all legal and regulatory aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, mitigating risks, and providing strategic legal guidance.
∎ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
∎ Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes, and coordinating with internal/ external counsel as necessary.
∎ Communicate with regulatory bodies (Govt. /Non Govt. authorities), prepare required reports, and represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights that support business objectives.
