∎ Plan, direct, and oversee corporate sales of group insurance products to drive business growth.
∎ Lead and coach the corporate sales team, providing support for business development.
∎ Meet prospective clients to retain and expand the customer base.
∎ Allocate budgets, formulate policies, and optimize operations.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and financial performance, revising plans as needed.
∎ Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and long-term sustainability.
∎ Oversee operations, implement strategies to increase revenue.
∎ Build new customer relationships and enhance services through innovative propositions.
∎ Revise and customize insurance products based on market needs.
∎ Set targets, monitor performance, and guide sales teams.
∎ Identify and address gaps in team capabilities and processes to achieve strategic goals.
