∎ Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting insurance products, understanding client requirements, and closing deals.
∎ Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, leveraging this knowledge to effectively sell group insurance products.
∎ Work closely with team members and line managers to align on targets, share insights, and support collective business development efforts.
