• Minimum 8 years of experience in capital markets (brokerage, trading, institutional sales, or related areas)

• A strong, verifiable existing client base with durable relationships

• Deep understanding of:

• Equity markets and trading behavior

• Client segmentation (retail, HNI, institutional)

• Market cycles, liquidity dynamics, and risk

• Proven ability to build trust, not just close transactions

• A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and market credibility

• High internal drive, energy, and ownership mindset

• Candidates with O and A level preferred (HSC and SSC is also encouraged to apply if you believe you have the drive and passion this role is looking for)

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Driving revenue growth across trading, brokerage, and client acquisition

• Leveraging and expanding an existing high-quality client base (Institutional, active traders)

• Setting the commercial and trading culture of the firm

• Acting as a senior market voice internally and externally on market structure, liquidity, and investor behavior

• Partnering with research, risk, and technology teams to build credible, scalable trading solutions

• Mentoring senior and mid-level teams to create long-term leadership depth

• Playing an active role in capital market development, not just firm-level growth

This is a P&L-aware, market-facing, leadership role with real influence.
