Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in capital markets (brokerage, trading, institutional sales, or related areas)
A strong, verifiable existing client base with durable relationships
Deep understanding of:
Equity markets and trading behavior
Client segmentation (retail, HNI, institutional)
Market cycles, liquidity dynamics, and risk
Proven ability to build trust, not just close transactions
A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and market credibility
High internal drive, energy, and ownership mindset
Candidates with O and A level preferred (HSC and SSC is also encouraged to apply if you believe you have the drive and passion this role is looking for)

The Role:
You will be responsible for:
Driving revenue growth across trading, brokerage, and client acquisition
Leveraging and expanding an existing high-quality client base (Institutional, active traders)
Setting the commercial and trading culture of the firm
Acting as a senior market voice internally and externally on market structure, liquidity, and investor behavior
Partnering with research, risk, and technology teams to build credible, scalable trading solutions
Mentoring senior and mid-level teams to create long-term leadership depth
Playing an active role in capital market development, not just firm-level growth
This is a P&L-aware, market-facing, leadership role with real influence.
