  • Age 30 to 40 years

• Minimum 03 (three) years of proven experience in relevant field

• Excellent Salesmanship, keen portfolio management and Sound Knowledge over Capital Market will be preferred

• Should have a valid Authorized Representative (AR) certification/license

• Capital Market-related professional degrees/training courses will get a hike.

• Must be enthusiast toward the capital market with growth mindset

• Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills (oral and writing)

• Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement and result oriented 

• Strong negotiation skills and capable team-player 

• Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept up to date in order to meet the needs of the position

• Well versed in MS Office suits, Internet and email correspondence

We are looking for a confident, career focused and highly energetic Authorized Representative (AR) for our Share Brokerage House to serve our local Investors located all over the country.

If you have knowledge of capital market and distinctive capabilities on sales and trading activities with business growth partnering mindset, then throw a challenge to yourself!

Duties & Responsibilities

●      Execute share trading activities efficiently and in

compliance with regulations

●      Manage client communication, marketing, and relationship

building

●      Acquire new clients and expand the investor base

●      Achieve brokerage and sales targets

●      Provide professional customer service and execute client

trades (phone/walk-in)

●      Develop and implement business growth strategies

●      Identify and manage High Net Worth (HNW) clients

●     Offer investment solutions with proper risk management

●     Manage client portfolios across various investment

instruments

●     Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and

attract new investors

●     Collaborate with internal teams and prepare management

reports

●     Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory guidelines

●     Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

●     Time-to-time management reporting as and when required

●     Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

team
