Job Summary:
We are seeking several diligent and detail-oriented Junior Credit Analyst to join our Credit Review Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and supporting effective credit risk management and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify credit applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity.

  • Assess the creditworthiness of individuals by reviewing financial statements, income sources, liabilities, and other relevant documents.

  • Analyze applicant profiles and repayment capacity to make informed credit decisions.

  • Identify potential risks, discrepancies, or fraudulent activities in submitted documents and applications.

  • Approve, reject, or recommend credit applications based on risk assessment and company policy guidelines.

  • Ensure all credit documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Monitor and manage the credit recovery process, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of overdue accounts.

  • Communicate with clients to collect required documents and provide updates regarding their credit status.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of credit applications and recovery activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of credit assessments, applications, and recovery progress.

  • Prepare reports on credit performance and recovery status, providing insights for process improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in credit risk management.
