Responsibilities & Context:

The Premier Bank PLC., with a network of 136 Branches and 67 Sub-Branches across the country, is seeking a creative, dynamic, and analytical professional for the position of Growth Marketing and Data Analytics Specialist to support the Bank’s branding, communication, and digital growth initiatives.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, marketing campaigns, and data-driven growth initiatives to strengthen brand communication, customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

  1. Develop structured content calendars for digital, print, and campaign communications to ensure consistent and timely brand messaging.

  2. Generate creative ideas, campaign themes, and storytelling approaches aligned with overall brand objectives and positioning.

  3. Support the formulation and execution of brand and growth marketing strategies, leveraging Big Data–driven insights for improved effectiveness.

  4. Coordinate closely with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure seamless and integrated campaign execution across all channels.

  5. Plan, manage, and optimize media scheduling across relevant communication platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

  6. Analyze campaign performance using Big Data and data-driven insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes and ROI.

  7. Utilize data analytics to identify key audience segments, behavioral trends, and personalization opportunities for targeted marketing.

  8. Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform content strategy, campaign planning, and growth initiatives.

  9. Support reporting, documentation, and post-campaign evaluations with clear, structured, and data-backed insights for continuous improvement.
